Role & Responsibilities
In-Home Estimating Conduct site visits, measure accurately, and develop winning proposals.
Closing Sales Leverage consultative selling skills to secure high-value projects.
Project Documentation Prepare clear, grammatically correct work orders and scopes.
Client Communication Build trust, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.

What Were Looking For
Proven Sales Track Record Experience closing high-ticket deals (home-improvement background a plus).
Strong Drive to Win Were not interested in the bottom 80%; you thrive on targets.
Analytical Skills Comfort with on-the-spot calculations and proposal preparation.
Professional Communication Excellent written and verbal skills; impeccable attention to detail.
