We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager (Demolition) to join one of the nation’s leading demolition and abatement firms. Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for demolition projects including labor, equipment, and materials.
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and create competitive proposals.
Manage awarded projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
Conduct site visits to track progress, enforce quality and safety standards, and resolve issues.
Maintain strong client communication and serve as the primary contact for project updates.
Process change orders, invoices, and project reports while monitoring profitability.
Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership for seamless execution.
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations.
Qualifications
5+ years as an Estimator/Project Manager (Demolition) (10+ preferred).
Experience with industrial demolition (power plants, mills, refineries) is highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
