Plumbing Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across various buildings and facilities. This role involves responding to work orders, emergency calls, and performing routine maintenance, while coordinating with other maintenance staff during building renovations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair plumbing systems across different buildings and facilities.
+ Respond to work orders and emergency calls throughout the buildings.
+ Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems.
+ Coordinate with other maintenance staff during building renovations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Plumbing expertise
+ Preventive maintenance knowledge
+ Facilities maintenance experience
+ Plumbing design skills
+ EPA Universal certification
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Plumbing certifications are an added bonus
+ Facilities maintenance proficiency

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $27.50/hr.
