Tooling Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tooling Supervisor to lead our team of mold technicians. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of injection molding tools to ensure they meet high-quality standards and production requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and guide mold technicians, providing training and support for professional development.
+ Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of injection molding tools, ensuring they meet quality standards and production requirements.
+ Collaborate with production teams to optimize tool designs and manufacturing processes.
+ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for tooling to minimize downtime and extend tool life.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to ensure smooth production operations.
+ Monitor and manage tooling inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and timely procurement of materials.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding maintenance.
+ Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and tooling design.
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Management skills.
+ Machine setup and mold setup experience.
+ Experience as a maintenance technician.
+ Experience in maintenance and machining.
