Responsibilities include
- Lead Cyient's Columbus, GA teams to support major aerospace company
- Ensure the execution of multiple statements of work
- Timesheet and leave approvals which includes ensuring accurate and on-time submittal of team member timesheets
- Track budgets, deliverables and report regularly on project status
- Responsible for revenue realization
- Hire, develop and retain talent
- Interact with local and corporate internal teams as well as clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify potential deliverable delays and devise solutions
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with customers to provide assistance and technical support
- Drive continuous process improvements/cost savings
- Track updates, chart results and communicate the Delivery Led Mining metrics for all the wider operations organization on a monthly basis
- Drive organizational KPIs/metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of relevant experience preferred
- College and/or working experience in aerospace engineering or related discipline
- Working Experience in an environment with a focus on quick turn-around time
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptable to change
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills with a focus on Excel and VBA macros is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP a plus
- Familiarity with Aerospace and Jet Engines is a plus
- Ability to work with an interdisciplinary group of delivery assurance professionals, customers and executives
- Due to ITAR restrictions, this position does require a US Citizenship.
