Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Pipe Fitter for a leadership position on a commercial project in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading a crew, ensuring jobsite safety, and being consistently available to support the team. This role is hands-on and requires strong mechanical skills and coordination.

Work Scope Includes:

• Leading and mentoring a crew of pipe fitters and helpers

• Installing and assembling commercial piping systems (steel, copper, etc.)

• Interpreting blueprints and coordinating layout of pipe runs

• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and enforced

• Coordinating daily tasks with supervisors and other trades

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a pipe fitter on commercial/industrial projects

• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly on-site

• Proficiency with pipe layout, threading, cutting, and installation

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation and commitment to safety
