The Jr. Project Manager will assist in managing and supporting enterprise projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in documenting current processes, helping to design and implement future workflows, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their project management skills and gain experience in process documentation and improvement.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Document existing (current state) processes and workflows to establish a baseline understanding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and optimize future (future state) processes and procedures.
  • Support the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to clearly communicate workflows.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track project progress, update documentation, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Support in managing project budgets, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings, capturing action items and follow-up tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Some internship or entry-level experience in project management or process documentation is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to document complex processes clearly and accurately.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
