Location: Nashville, TN

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a highly experienced HVAC Mechanic for a leadership role on a commercial project in Nashville, TN. This position requires someone who can confidently lead a crew, maintain jobsite safety, and serve as a point of contact for all field-related HVAC activities.

Work Scope Includes:

• Leading a team of HVAC installers and helpers on-site

• Overseeing the installation of ductwork, HVAC units, and controls

• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and jobsite protocols

• Being consistently available to the crew to provide direction and support

• Coordinating with supervisors and other trades as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience

• Proven ability to lead a team on an active jobsite

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation procedures

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation and excellent communication skills

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
