Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking diligent Construction Laborers to contribute to the development of a new Solar Panel Facility. This role involves working closely with foremen and superintendents, ensuring that the site is clean, materials are properly staged, and assisting with various pre-assembly and preparatory tasks for trades workers. Responsibilities Take orders from foremen and superintendents. Perform site clean-up and ensure the workspace is safe and organized. Stage, load, and unload materials as required. Assist with pre-assembly and preparatory work for trades workers. Coordinate materials and manage inventory effectively. Support mechanical and electrical trades positions with necessary tasks. Engage in manual labor tasks as needed. Essential Skills Experience in general construction labor. Ability to follow instructions precisely. Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding construction trades. Experience with site cleanup and material staging. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in concrete work and carpentry is beneficial. Ability to work on daily task sheets efficiently. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Flint, Michigan. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
