Without a degree, requires three years' experience in progressively responsible operational or administrative work.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eMust be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision-making abilities.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eMust be proactive and have excellent communication and presentation skills.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eMust have demonstrated organizational skills; the ability to provide complex, confidential administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy; the ability to work with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities; the ability to work across a variety of projects and with diverse constituencies; and flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work in a changing environment.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eKnowledge of business administration practices and principles, including finance and accounting.
