* Reports to and augments the client's project leadership team while acting as Hill's lead for construction phase services.
* Responsible for implementing Hill's project management plans (contract administration, schedule management, document controls, change order management, quality assurance, and safety and environmental monitoring).
* Maintains the contract, change orders, and any modifications throughout the project duration. Prepares contract direction for client.
* Maintains contractor records and allocation of construction contingencies, contract general requirements, AIA terms, and deliverables.
* Ensures reports are submitted in a timely manner.
* Oversees development of multi prime contractor's baseline schedule and schedule of values. Oversees site coordination with contractors.
* Validates the project financials to include contract records, potential risks/changes affecting the budget and remaining contingencies.
* Establishes and maintains various processes and procedures, including communication protocols.
* Conducts meetings and prepares progress reports. Prepares monthly report for client.
* Acts as liaison and coordination support for stakeholders.
* Manages and track resolution of issues.
