Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Developer
Location: Milton, MA
Pay: $85,000 - $125,000
Schedule: Full-time | On-site
We are working with a Real Estate developer that specializes in high-end multifamily residential projects such as apartment buildings, senior living facilities, campus housing, and more. What you get to do:
Assist in managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate drawings, specifications, and procurement tracking
Take the lead on QA/QC, site safety compliance, and subcontractor communication
Support project managers in all aspects of preconstruction through closeout
Help build strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
What you need to succeed:
2+ years of project management experience with a GC or a Developer
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of budgeting, job costing, and subcontractor coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
