Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Developer

Location: Milton, MA

Pay: $100,000-$140,000

Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

We are working with a Real Estate developer that specializes in high-end multifamily residential projects such as apartment buildings, senior living facilities, campus housing, and more. What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Superintendent with schedule management and cost control

Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing on-site operations

Maintaining documentation (permits, drawings, subcontracts)

Enforcing safety and code compliance

Building strong relationships with ownership teams, inspectors, and trades

What You Bring:

3+ years of field experience in construction (must be with a GC or Developer)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant experience

Proficiency with construction tech - Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks a plus

Solid understanding of building codes and safety standards
