You will work in a cross functional team with the BoC team to issue BoCs via CID and implement them on the shop floor via completion of First Article Inspections (FAI). BoC will improve quality outcomes with reduced quality escapes across the Aerospace business. You will be responsible for providing design expertise and perspective while creating and incorporating a part specific (BoC).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003cb\u003eJob Description\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eRoles and Responsibilities\u003c/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eValidating the BoC and and CNs on the face of the drawing\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eEscalating BoC conflicts to the BoC Leadership Team\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eInitiating BoC CIDs and progressing them through the Change Assessment Process\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eUpload of BoC to the design change system\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eObtaining Design Change Approvals and making any required updates based on approver feedback\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eSupporting supplier and shop quality in BoC incorporation on the shop floor. This effort may include all or some of the following\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003e Creation of DFMEA/PFMEA\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eCreation of control plans\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eIncorporating Characteristic list into inspection planning\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eCollecting Delta FAI data\u003c/li\u003e\u003c/ul\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\u003c/ul\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eRequired Qualifications\u003c/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eBachelor's Degree in engineering from an accredited college or university\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eMinimum of 5 years quality, manufacturing, engineering, project or supply chain experience\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
