We are seeking a responsible and experienced individual with at least 10 years in remodeling and construction to join our close-knit team. You will work within a positive and friendly atmosphere alongside owners and fellow crew members. Requires reliable transportation Strong work ethic is essential You must provide your own personal tools (larger tools like table saws and miter saws are provided by the company) Excellent customer service skills are a must Attention to detail is crucial You should have substantial experience in residential remodeling General construction knowledge in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Bathroom remodels Kitchen remodels Basement renovations LVP and tile flooring installations Plumbing skills Light electrical work Key Responsibilities - Operate hand and power tools for carpentry and tiling tasks in residential projects. - Accurately read blueprints to ensure all materials are correctly installed. - Complete framing and trim carpentry tasks with a focus on precision and quality. - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional, organized work environment. - Use your construction estimating skills to manage budgets effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
