Job Summary:

The Business Architect will be responsible for driving high-level business and technical requirements gathering, leading process analysis, and designing future-state workflows in support of Advent Reservation System (eModal) implementations. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to internal teams, ensuring best practices are included in the design and execution of terminal operations and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of high-level business and technical documentation, including current and future state workflows, business requirements, and functional specifications.

Facilitate process analysis sessions with stakeholders across terminal operations, IT, and project teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Design optimized future-state business processes that align with system capabilities and industry best practices.

Serve as a subject matter expert on TOS and Advent system configurations, providing guidance on setup and customization to meet business needs.
