Location: Anaheim, CA
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate 3-axis CNC mills and lathes to produce high-precision components.
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure machining accuracy.
Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain tight tolerances and meet production standards.
Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools.
Maintain equipment through regular cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication.
Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to set up and run 3-axis CNC mills and lathes.
Preferred: Experience operating Hurco machines.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining best practices.
Attention to Detail: High standards for precision, quality, and safety.
Teamwork: Effective communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
