Our Fortune 500 Medical Device client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our client's team, leading active implantable product development projects as part of the R D Hardware Design team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience leading technical projects through the design verification testing (DVT) phase and the ramp into production volumes. Key Responsibilities: Planning DVT testing with various SMEs Test protocol development Performing bench testing with standard EE lab equipment Coordinating and tracking test investigations Reviewing and summarizing electrical test data Leading failure analysis activities Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with more than 5 years of experience Product development experience specifically within the electrical DVT phase Yield improvement experience Data analysis experience in platforms such as Mini Tab, JMP, or Microsoft Excel Proven track record of leading and closing projects involving cross-functional team. Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis software, excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work with and guide a team of engineers are crucial for success in this role.
