Contract Analyst (Temp: 6 month contract with chance of extension) Location: Downtown Tulsa Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 / Hourly Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00- 5:00 pm Schedule: Hybrid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office. Thursday and Friday are remote Job Description/Duties: Prepares, analyzes, negotiates, interprets, and communicates information from legal documents pertaining to third party service contracts. Analyze, prepare, review, maintain, and/or process complex contracts, records, and related legal documents. Utilize discretion and judgment researching and interpreting legal documents to ensure compliance with contract terms and state and federal regulations. Ensure compliance with all company standards, tariffs, policies, and procedures including meeting insurance requirements to satisfy company risk management matrix. Negotiate contract terms and provisions as required. Utilize contract administration software in daily work, maintain computer database and imaging systems for agreements and related documentation. Compile and analyze reports to management and company personnel. Prepare and maintain all approvals, waivers, vendor information including certificates of insurance and prequalification documents, and other legal documents. Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job. Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. Education/Skills: Formal education to include a combination of courses such as math, accounting & the following job-related experience: Experience and thorough knowledge of working with complex contracts; involving third party contract services, industry and governmental regulations. Working knowledge of recording requirements of legal documents. Experience with application of basic math and algebraic formulas used in various spreadsheet applications. Knowledge and experience of recording requirements of legal documents. Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including computers, contract management, database and imaging systems, and spreadsheet and word processing software. Experience interacting, negotiating, and communicating effectively. Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English. Paralegal or other relevant legal experience; Formal education or combination of education and relevant experience; Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Applicable driver's license.
