Design, develop, test, and support electrical components and harness assemblies for commercial HVAC products in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or within one semester of completion
2+ years of experience with electrical components in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of UL508 control panel design and assembly
Experience sizing electrical components per NEC and UL508 standards
Hands-on experience with harness manufacturing and wire harness design
Familiarity with circuit breakers, fuse blocks, power distribution blocks, control box layouts, and unit schematics
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
Experience using Creo and AutoCAD (minimal design work)

Ability to organize and distribute technical information across teams
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electrical equipment and components, including control panel controls, power components, and schematics
Support qualification and validation of harness assemblies and electrical components
Simulate and test system operations for functionality and safety
Evaluate cost, reliability, and compliance of electrical designs
Estimate time and cost to complete projects
Conduct investigations and comparisons of vendor and competitor products
Support both new product development and existing product enhancements within the manufacturing plant
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
