This position is located in Harrisburg and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a commercial swimming pool facility as well as building maintenance during the pool off-season. Rate: Range starting between $22-28 per hour depending on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance on pools, spas, and ancillary buildings: including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool or spa.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.
- Performing repairs throughout building and tenant spaces during the off-season, while utilizing a work order system to document, track, and close out work.
- Performing and managing routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and correct deficiencies.
- Plumbing, HVAC, and light electrical troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain tenant and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
- Providing high quality customer service while interacting with individuals throughout the facility.
- Maintain proper inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts, completing all required paperwork accurately.
- Walkway Salt / Snow removal duties.
- Rotating On-Call Schedule that requires individuals to go into the rotation only 2 to 3 times per year. Each on-call rotation comes with an on-call bonus!
- Prior commercial maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Pesticide Applicator License or the ability to obtain one within six months is required. It is company paid!
- Ability to pass Background Checks/Child Abuse Clearances due to the possibility of working around children.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
