We re hiring a T-1 Limited Electrical Technician to support structured cabling and telecom installations . You ll handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice, data, and video systems , ensuring all work meets electrical and low-voltage codes.
Responsibilities:Install and terminate Cat5/6, fiber optic, coaxial cables
Perform network cabling layout based on blueprints and riser diagrams
Test cables with tools like OTDR, TDR, tone generators
Install racks, patch panels, telecom hardware
Maintain compliance with NEC and T-1 license scope
Complete detailed documentation and field notes
Valid T-1 Limited Electrical License
2+ years of experience in low-voltage telecom/cabling work
Familiar with BICSI standards , labeling, and test reporting
OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
Must be comfortable working onsite and at heights
