Porter/Handyman

Looking for a Full-time Porter/Handyman to work in multi-family building in Mount Vernon. 40 hours/week.

- Assist Super with maintenance tasks
- Run the garbage compactor
- Take out trash and recycling from designated areas for collections
- Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the buildings exterior and interior
- English is a plus

We are looking for someone organized, reliable, self-motivated, and friendly.
