Job Description
Core essential skill sets:
1. Electrical field degree with a minimum of 2 years working with electrical systems (24v 480V) and utilities (HVAC, Boilers, water systems, cooling towers, air compressors, chillers, etc.)
2. GMP experience is a plus (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, vitamins or packaging) Screenings: - Basic Background - Drug -12-panel w/Fentanyl - Medical Screenings: 1. Vision Screen - Near, Far, Color, Depth and Peripheral 2. Audiogram & Noise and Hearing Questionnaire
3. Spirometry & OSHA Respirator Questionnaire
4. Lifting Assessment (35Lbs) Contingent worker will be working onsite at Client.
5. An electrician license is a must! (No candidates without an electrician license will be accepted)

POSITION SUMMARY
The position will function as a subject matter expert for electrical systems and installations. Also in equipment maintenance, trouble shooting and repair. It supports production maintenance equipment as well as utilities at the Davie site for 24x7 manufacturing operations.
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
Has limited work experience involving basic concepts and procedures
Works under general supervision
Performs routine assignments in the entry level of the Professional Career Band
Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
Perform electrical installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Familiar with PLC programming, automation and AI technologies
Perform automated equipment troubleshooting.
Execute planned maintenance and corrective work orders.
Support to equipment, utilities and process troubleshooting / repairs.
Responsible for multiple small projects related to new equipment, upgrades to existing equipment, facility modifications, and utility infrastructure.
Perform technical documents, SOP updates and change controls.
Provides ongoing support to maintenance staff to solve complex problems, understand and coach failure modes, and prepare technical solutions on facility controls equipment.
Will implement safe work practices and process controls to ensure a safe operation of equipment and facility. May include job hazard analysis, failure fault trees, and risk assessments to drive a preventable injury work place and continuously safe process.
Developed financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Conducted financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business objectives.
Evaluated business performance and identified opportunities for improvement.
Provided ad-hoc analytical support for key initiatives, including sales, operations, and capital investment efforts.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automatization strategies.
Created and executed plans to optimize and/or improve scheduling efficiencies to meet business operations onboard.
