Equipment Operator (Commercial & Residential)

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. This position involves operating and maintaining heavy equipment for both commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, and other machinery safely and efficiently.

Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on all assigned equipment.

Work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites.

Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and site plans.

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).

OSHA certification is a plus.
