Restoration Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

This company is looking for top candidates to fill their open position of Construction Project Manager . We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Construction Project Manager with extended experience in either commercial/residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Requirements:

• Reputable restoration company in the Des Moines area known for quality work and strong team culture.
• Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion.
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
• Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1–$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work.
• Requires 3–5+ years of experience, water/mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certified preferred and leadership of 5–10+ person crews.
• Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ideal for a hands-on, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
