FL Field Estimator-Experienced GC or Retired Pro Preferred-Residential

Xavy Services is looking for a seasoned, hands-on Field Estimator with experience in quoting residential construction and remodeling jobs. If you're a former GC, crew leader, or retired contractor who still enjoys the field but prefers quoting, coordinating, and occasional on-site support this role is for you.

Location:

Primarily serving the Miami metro area (travel to job sites required)

Responsibilities Include:

-Visit residential job sites for walk-throughs and scope assessments
-Generate accurate estimates for handyman, remodeling, and construction jobs
-Input details into our CRM and provide job descriptions for sales/admin teams
-Communicate with clients to confirm scope, expectations, and pricing
-Coordinate with project managers and subs as needed
-Occasionally supervise or jump in on smaller jobs if needed
-Ensure scope aligns with target profit margins and project goals

Requirements:

-10+ years of experience in residential construction or as a General Contractor
-Comfortable estimating everything from small repairs to full remodels
-Excellent communication and professionalism with homeowners
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
-Able to use a phone/app for scheduling, photos, and site updates
-Self-motivated and organized no micromanaging here

Compensation:

-Pay based on experience and volume of estimates completed
-Bonus or additional compensation available when stepping into active job roles
-Flexible scheduling (ideal for semi-retired or freelance estimators)
