Now Hiring Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician Great Pay

Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is growing, and were looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our skilled and motivated team!

This is a full-time position focused on servicing and repairing large commercial HVAC systems (up to 50 tons). If youre a dedicated tech who takes pride in your work, knows their way around advanced controls and refrigeration cycles, and enjoys mentoring others we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:
Diagnose and repair large commercial HVAC units (compressors, motors, controls)
Troubleshoot refrigeration cycles, TXVs, VAVs, economizers, and BAS systems
Perform coil replacements and hydronic pump repairs
Interpret electrical/mechanical schematics
Mentor junior technicians and help develop their skills
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and integrity

What Were Looking For:
3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
EPA Universal Certification (Required)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screen and fit-for-duty requirements
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in diverse physical conditions
Bonus points for NATE Certification, VRF/BAS training, or OEM-specific training
