This position provides for the effective fabrication of sheet metal componentry of lighting fixtures.

• Position may be on CNC Turret punch presses, CNC Press brakes, or Pinning machine.
• The welder/ machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications.
• Read and understand Traveler Read and understand the Ops sheet Read and correctly interpret blueprints. Understand how to read and use a protractor Perform basic quality checks (both visual and measuring with a protractor and tape measure) Identify tooling needed for machine/program/Ops sheet Identify if tooling needs sharping or is damaged Load tooling in the machine.

Perform all welding work with help of forming and cutting equipment. Design and produce new parts according to BUCYRUS specifications. Perform efficient welding of various metal objects with help of gas torch and welder. Perform repair to damage alloy articles and prepare new articles with help of welding machines. Perform work with help of various hand and power tools. Analyze diagrams and specifications and cut all metal accordingly with help of welding torch. Assist to remove all soft metal for welding.
