Finish Carpenters Needed ASAP

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Finish Carpenters for high-quality trim work on a large apartment complex in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for efficient, detail-oriented carpenters who take pride in their craft and are looking for steady work over the next 4+ months.

Pay: $28 to $36 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (4 x 10s)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4+ months

Key Responsibilities:
Perform trim work including installation of doors, casing, baseboards, and cabinetry with precision and efficiency
Hang at least one door per hour or install at least two cabinets per hour
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and finish schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet production targets
Ensure all work meets jobsite standards and client expectations

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience, with a strong focus on trim and finish work
Experience in residential and/or commercial construction required
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and finish specs
Own basic hand tools required
Must have reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job requires proper use of PPE: work boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
