Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold and enforce company safety policies and protocols
  • Deliver safety training sessions for both employees and subcontractors
  • Carry out routine safety inspections and site audits
  • Spot and address potential safety risks across job sites
  • Thoroughly document and analyze safety incidents and accidents
  • Oversee the proper use and upkeep of all safety equipment
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to embed safety into every phase of the project

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in safety management within construction or general contracting
  • Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and industry safety practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail and robust documentation capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across diverse groups
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
