Over the next 3 years, we are going to be diversifying into specialized and independent business divisions (I.e.: hardscaping, artificial turf, irrigation, decks, etc) and we will have tremendous advancement opportunities for individuals interested in division leadership.

**Who You Are & What Youll Be Doing:**

As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you'll lead install crews on a wide range of exciting projects. The majority of our builds include many of the following aspects:
- Irrigation install
- Hardscape (pavers / retaining walls etc.)
- Decks / Pergolas
- Artificial turf
- Natural turf and plantings
- Water and light features
- Wood and occasional vinyl fencing

A foreman will be responsible for:
- Best practices in construction methods
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
- Communicating clearly with leadership, crew and customers when applicable
- Upholding high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism

Additional candidate requirements:
- Legally able to work in the United States with a valid drivers license
- A willingness to be flexible as we strive to grow into a stronger company.
