Lead carpenter who wants to grow into a superintendent

Small private General Contractor/Developer. We are currently focusing on residential and small multifamily remodel projects. We buy properties that are nearly tear downs and bring them back to life.
From foundation to finish and everything in-between.
Must have truck and tools
Must be extremely reliable
Must play well with others
Must be able to perform manual labor

This is a bags on, on-site 40hr a week position with 2 current full-time carpenters already on payroll.
Looking for someone who understands the complete scope of building a building.
General Handyman types, who can read blueprints, and can direct a crew day by day, hour by hour.
We are in our first year of business as a family owned and run company with plans to grow rapidly over the next few years. Our approach to doing that begins with finding the right talent that wants to grow with us.
Current projects in St Helens, Woodburn, Inner S.E. Portland, S.W. Portland, Beaverton. The need for reliable transportation is a must.
