Position Summary

Were looking for two skilled and dependable Cabinet Maker / Finish Carpenter to join our team. The right candidate will be comfortable working with shop equipment, assembling custom cabinetry, and performing on-site installs.

Responsibilities
Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork from drawings
Operate woodworking tools and machines: table saws, routers, edge banders, etc.
Install finished products on-site (kitchens, vanities, built-ins, trims)
Read blueprints and shop drawings accurately
Apply sanding, finish, and detail work as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements
2 - 3+ years of cabinet-making or finish carpentry experience
Ability to work from plans and shop drawings
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided for travel to job sites)
Willingness to occasionally travel to out-of-area job sites (overnight stay may be required)
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
Chinese-speaking is a plus
Personal tools are a plus (shop supplies most equipment)

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shop based in South El Monte, with job sites throughout Southern California

Pay, Compensation & Perks
$20 $30/hr DOE
Family-style shop, no micromanagement
