Drywall/Steel & Wood Framers /Carpentary

Oceanside based Construction Company is looking for Highly experienced candidates in the following trades: DRYWALL/STEEL & WOOD FRAMERS /CARPENTARY / ELECTRICIANS/MANAGEMENT. If interested, you must be able to

Read blueprints and determine layout
Maintain schedules and budgets
Coordinate with subcontractors, material orders, and inspections applying safety best practices
Communicate with customers, inspectors, and vendors
Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials
Fitting and installing window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenters level, plumb bob, and laser levels
Erecting scaffolding, ladders for assembling structures above ground levels
Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws
Building or repairing cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
ABILITY TO HANDLE PHYSICAL WORK.

Corporate office is based in Oceanside, our projects are based throughout San Diego, Orange County, and LA County.

Travel is certain, must have reliable transportation. We pay mileage for anything over 60 miles driven in one day. We pay 50% of your health insurance.
