HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PART-TIME (Alameda)

Were hiring a part-time handyman / maintenance technician for our Homeowner Associations in Alameda. Youll handle general maintenance, repairs, and improvements in both common areas and individual units (when the work falls under the HOAs responsibility).
Job Location: Alameda, CA
Schedule: MF, 8:00 AM4:30 PM
On-Call: Some after-hours emergency availability required (OT paid)
Pay: Up to $25/hr DOE + mileage reimbursement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily check-in at management office for work orders
Perform general maintenance & repairs
Communicate with staff, vendors, and residents
Respond to emergency calls when needed
SKILLS NEEDED:
Looking for experience in most of the following:
Troubleshooting issues (leaks, etc.)
Cleaning & janitorial
Drywall repair & painting
Light plumbing & snaking
Lock repairs
Light carpentry
Light landscaping
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior handyman/maintenance experience
Strong communication & work ethic
Able to work independently
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Working cell phone (for dispatch & time tracking)
Valid drivers license & reliable vehicle
Able to lift 50 lbs
Clean background & good references
