Motor Grader and Roller Operator

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Motor Grader and Roller Operator for a project in the Lebanon, TN area.

PAY: $30.00 - $40.00/per hour (based on experience)
HOURS: 1st Shift - 7:00 am-3:30 pm
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday 40hrs. (possible OT available)
START DATE: 08/11/2025
DURATION: Temp-to-perm

Responsibilities:
Perform either rough or fine grade finishing, precisely spreading and mixing materials in order to dry and prep roads.
Construct road surface to precise grade specifications
Lay cold mix, and/or shave and rip out old road surfaces
Perform daily maintenance on equipment and tools.
Assist in traffic control device installation and maintenance.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of finish motor grader experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment controls.
Must be able to pass drug screening.

Additional Requirements:
Ability to operate a John Deere 622GP or similar grader required. Ability to operate Paver, Roller, Skid Steer, and Skip & Drag preferred.
Base & stone experience required ; minimum two years on a Motor Grader.
Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
