General Carpenter / Finisher Residential Remodeling $30+/hr DOE

We are a small but growing residential remodeling company seeking a skilled and reliable General Carpenter/Finisher to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone experienced in a range of carpentry tasks and finish work. Projects include interior and exterior renovations in occupied and unoccupied residential spaces.

Responsibilities:

Perform rough carpentry and framing

Install doors, door hardware, and cabinetry

Install interior and exterior trim

Hang, tape, and finish drywall

Prep and paint interiors and exteriors as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Follow plans, schedules, and directions with minimal supervision

Requirements:

Proficient in all listed skills: framing, trim, drywall, painting, etc.

Own basic hand and power tools relevant to the trade

Have reliable personal transportation

Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew

Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Professional attitude and good communication skills

Compensation:

Hourly pay starts at $30/hr

Rate negotiable depending on experience and skill level
