Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for optimizing plant operations? We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team and keep our equipment running at peak performance.

About the Role: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, estimating, and scheduling both preventative and corrective maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, and service systems. This role plays a key part in maximizing uptime and reducing unplanned downtime. You’ll supervise a team of maintenance, mechanical, and electrical staff while coordinating daily work schedules and long-term maintenance strategies.

What We Offer: Salary Range: $118,000 – $141,600/year (Compensation based on technical certifications, maintenance leadership experience, and box plant maintenance background)

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate degree or completed certification in production maintenance
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment and electrical maintenance
  
  
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  
  
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
  
  
• Experience in box plant or packaging equipment maintenance
