About the Role:
Were hiring Tile Helper / Laborers to assist our experienced tile setters on a variety of job sites. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade from some of the best tile artisans in the state no prior tile experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to work hard.

Job Duties Include:
Hauling materials and tile on job sites

Mixing thinset and assisting with cuts

Cleaning and organizing job sites

Prepping floors and walls for installation

Assisting with grouting and caulking

What Were Looking For:
Great attitude and willingness to learn

Basic tool knowledge; tile experience is a plus but not required

Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and pass a basic physical and drug test

Must be available for full-time work Monday through Friday

Willingness to travel to job sites throughout southeastern Wisconsin

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting wages from $20.00/hour and up, based on experience

Raises every 6 months based on skill development
