Twining Consulting, an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company, is seeking a Project Manager for its Sacramento office. This position will involve both technical engineering assignments and project management. It is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to make an immediate impact and for a candidate looking to grow within the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Single point of contact and responsible individual for all the aspects of projects.
• Field and laboratory construction materials testing services.
• Review of field and laboratory reports.
• Documentation and handling of nonconformance items.
• Billing and budget management.
• Provide as needed assistance with collections to projects that are managed.
• Provide directions and technical assistance to field personnel.
• Communication with all project teams and periodic/consistent site visits.

Required Competencies:

• 5 Years of construction project management/civil engineering experience.
• Strong background on structural special inspections.
• Experience with overseeing materials testing and structural inspections highly desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers, clients and potential clients.
• Ability to maintain company established utilization goals.
