We are seeking a **EIR Project Manager** to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA! Come join us and assist with AML projects in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing reclamation design plans while working with senior project managers throughout the life of the project. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Associates Degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or Similar Field of Study.

+ 8-10 years of relevant experience with CAD production for projects involving site development, erosion and sedimentation controls, wastewater, and stormwater management systems;

+ Minimum 15 years of experience in the environmental field working with regulatory agencies in Pennsylvania and West Virginia;

+ Strong written and oral communication skills;

+ Ability to read and interpret maps and project specifications;

+ Ability to travel on occasion; and

+ A valid drivers license.

**Technical Requirements:**

+ Possess a high level of proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software including but not limited to: building surfaces, grading, creating profiles and sections, developing corridors and working with styles;

+ Competent in working with GIS systems and other mapping software is preferred. Working knowledge of ESRI software such as ArcGIS is preferred;

+ Ability to read and interpret maps and project specifications;

+ Ability to write and/or review technical specifications and reports.

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Preparation of plans, specifications, and design drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D software to support various projects involving environmental remediation, water, wastewater and stormwater management systems;

+ Lead the preparation of permitting packages required by governmental entities including but not limited to: the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP), the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) county conservation districts, and/or local municipalities;

+ Preparation of new details and design elements or modification of existing drawings based on redlines provided by others;

+ Responsible for overall design project management from project setup to project closeout;

+ Ability to interpret and develop detailed drawings from sketches and mark ups provided by others;

+ Provide technical support and oversight of AutoCAD drawing production by others;

+ Communicate effectively and efficiently with project team members, regulatory agency representatives, etc.;

+ Provide general project support;

+ Abide by Atlas' health and safety policies and procedures.
