Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $120,000 $150,000 (Depends on Experience)

What Youll Be Doing:

-Proactively identify, pursue, and win civil construction projects throughout the islands.
-Lead estimating efforts, craft competitive bids, and nurture strong client relationships.
-Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-notch proposals.

What Were Looking For:

-35+ years of civil estimating or related construction experience.
-Solid understanding of plans, specifications, and project sequencing.

Proficiency in HCSS, Bluebeam, Excel, and other estimating tools.
