Welder**
**Job Description**
The ideal candidate will be hands-on in welding metal parts, primarily performing TIG welds. Responsibilities include grinding and cleaning parts as necessary, verifying dimensions and alignment of assemblies, and ensuring finished work pieces conform to specifications. The welder will play a critical role in identifying issues, initiating corrective actions to reduce scrap and downtime, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces in line with 5S principles. Additional duties may include assigned painting tasks and supporting other production activities as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on metal parts.
+ Grind and clean parts as necessary.

**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in TIG welding.
+ Experience in fabrication and fitting.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with MIG welding.
+ Familiarity with sheet metal work.
