In this role you will:
Assist carpenters with jobs, material pick-up and delivery to job sites.
Maintain utility roads and parking lots. Clean and replace culverts and ditches throughout the lake area.
Concrete work, including setting forms, pouring concrete, screeding, floating, troweling, edging, grooving and cutting with a strong focus on precision, efficiency and quality finishes.
Dig footings and post holes for various jobs such as lane signs, bumper rails, fencing and footings for buildings or concrete retaining walls.
Clean up the job site throughout the duration of the job.
Unload materials from various vendors and stacks material in a neat and orderly manner at the job site or at the shop. Removes snow from PMC, PMC Annex, and Security sidewalks.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to a high school diploma or GED, with the capability to perform at the journeyman laborer level. They must demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal customers and the general public, as well as communicate clearly and professionally. The candidate should be able to follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks independently within reasonable timeframes. Proficiency in operating all relevant tools and equipment is essential. The position also requires the ability to work in confined or elevated spaces and, on occasion, outdoors in inclement weather conditions.
