Join the Highland Roofing Team as a Service Coordinator (Raleigh/Garner, NC)

This is a key administrative role supporting our service department, working closely with the service manager and field technicians to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Review and process technician expense reports and timesheets
• Input inventory adjustments and service information into NetSuite
• Reconcile GPS data with timesheets
• Process and review invoices to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and schedule repairs
• Assist the Service Manager with dispatching crews, issuing purchase orders, and general day-to-day support

What We're Looking For:

• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Prior experience in construction or service-related industries is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
