Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to investigate and conceptualize new large-scale automation solutions aimed at solving manufacturing issues. This role involves developing testing processes and performing validation of automation systems, which may include industrial robotics, AGVs/AMRs, cobots, right-sized automation, and inspection systems.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and conceptualize large-scale automation solutions to address manufacturing challenges.
  • Develop testing processes and perform validation of automation systems.
  • Review technical drawings, plans, proposals, RFQs, RFQ responses, and specifications for automation projects.
  • Estimate, develop, and deploy large-scale automation technology solutions.
Essential Skills
  • Project management expertise.
  • Electrical engineering and controls engineering experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in paper industry.
  • Experience with flexible packaging engineering projects.
  • Above average performance in previous roles.
Work Environment

The role requires approximately 30% travel. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment that involves interaction with advanced automation technologies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
