The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Carpenter's Apprentice to support our lead carpenters and construction teams on various residential remodeling projects. The primary duty of this role is to assist our supervising carpenters while actively learning and retaining the skills of the trade. This is a hands-on position that requires physical strength, a willingness to learn, and a great attitude.
On the job, you will:
Assist lead carpenters by supplying or holding materials and tools.
Perform critical support tasks, including digging for foundations, moving materials (lumber, drywall, etc.), and loading/unloading work vehicles.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site by cleaning work areas, machines, and equipment.
Learn and perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, marking, drilling, and cutting lumber.
Assist with the assembly of structures, fastening timbers or lumber with glue, screws, pegs, or nails.
Gain valuable, on-the-job training in all aspects of residential construction from experienced professionals.

A strong work ethic and a reliable, positive attitude.
The physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and working in various weather conditions.
A genuine desire to learn the carpentry trade and grow with our company.
Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong commitment and willingness to learn.
