Handling paperwork, get/review quotes, processing invoices, and order materials. 3. Maintaining CRM and providing support to the project team. 4. Pulling permits, contracts, change orders, and accurate record keeping. 5. Scheduling contractors and runners. Requirements: 1. Experience in construction and materials. 2. Must know how to read plans/blueprints. 3. Must be organized and very detail oriented. 4. Computer savvy. 5. Experience with CRM. Builder Trend preferred. 6.
