HVAC Technician

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include: 7-10 years of HVAC experience, with a strong background in both residential service and installation Hold an EPA Universal Certification and a clean driving record Lead service calls, conduct repairs, and perform diagnostics with professionalism and efficiency Oversee and assist HVAC installations while managing small crews when needed Collaborate with ownership on sourcing equipment, vendor relationships, and department growth Help drive the future expansion into commercial HVAC services Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage logistics independently Comfortable working 40-50 hours per week with occasional weekends as operations ramp up Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
